When do you think you could have an initial drawing complete? As soon as you do, I can take that to the local fabricator to prototype, and we can test this - with our pellet burner - in the works.
Please pay attention to our design language: hydraulic power, like here:

Simple high torque motor with direct drive. The design then becomes really simple. Use a pto motor like Surpluscenter, or maybe a 31.88 cu in if needs to be slower - i'm not sure of speed required.
