Overview

This page captures some of the industry standards for skid loaders. This is in regard to safety items, standards of testing, etc.

Safety

  • Skid Steer Design Safety - Good document that contains pertinent information about designing a safe skid steer. Includes ROPS and logical interlocks.
  • ROPS Wiki - The wiki on the Roll Over Protection System (ROPS). Discusses the certification requirements and such.
