** I'm still brainstorming but after chatting with a few folks on #freecad I feel that the best strategy is to integrate with FreeCAD. There will be a web based collaborative/repository component and then a plugin in FreeCAD that would allow you to login to the site, checkout the parts you're working on, possibly even download your tasks list, maybe even a basic chat feature with logs viewable in the project page, etc. My thinking is to very tightly integrate the web component with FreeCAD. - [[Lex_Berezhny]] 4FEB2012 | |||
