The general, the key strategy of OSE is Breakdown (including Interface Design between components).

This strategy allows us to create effective and rapid CAD generation strategies.

Proposed strategy for ground-up design and 'reverse engineering' - things we have built that were designed/built in one step (ie, in absence of full CAD).

We should leverage allied organizations' support to deploy a full OS Cad/CAM solution strategy:
