Possibly complying with the Open Source Hardware Definition - but by virtue of cost, expensive tooling requirements, missing design/build details or rationales, or low-quality BOMS - not easily replicable and thus contibuting to business success by preventing the creation of its own competition. This may be intentional or unintentional - but in both cases does not contribute to Distributive Enterprise.
