 - Welding school with a Missouri approval. Question is what VA wants to see.
 - VA, voc rehab, tuition assistance.
 - Approved, in catalogue.
 - Regulations made it more complicated.
 - Too many conversations confuses agencies - needs one point of contact.
 - We can teach, we do that
 - Proprietary schools. MDHG - Mo Dept of Higher Ed. They regulate occupational vs proprietary school.
 - A certificate is something that anyone can define.
 - The thing they think about - is licensure. Beautician, food handler, etc that has a state licensure - they they want to be part of it.
 - David can look at what is required:
- Enrollment agreement
 - Brochure
 - Catalog that describes the course of study
 - Facility?
 - Personnel?
 
 - Dept of Ed requires visits
 - Degree ? Approved by MO to operate. Check - degree program? Associate degree of tech school degree. Accredited in as little as 2 years, etc.
- REgistered as a business, and as a school - comply with proprietary school organization. South dakota had no propriatary approve
