- Personnel?
- Dept of Ed requires visits
- Degree ? Approved by MO to operate. Check - degree program? Associate degree of tech school degree. Accredited in as little as 2 years, etc.
- REgistered as a business, and as a school - comply with proprietary school organization. South dakota had no propriatary approve

- Eats up time of administrator of school. To keep records, manage the money. Payroll is instructor facing, and student facing. Admin will be a couple of people.
