Loads

  1. Foundation
  2. Floor 1 + subfloor + garage
  3. Floor 2 + roof + PV + House wrap
  4. Interior framing with MEP and Tubs + doors + exterior trim + siding
  5. Insulation + beadboard + flooring + interior trim
  6. Landscaping, waste, water, electrical connection.

Narrative

Get inverter and solar up as soon as possible so that we have power. For the 240V input, use a 240V feed from a small inverter or use small gen with 120-240 Transformer
