Open Letters to leaders requesting change by make by a tangible offer of $1T in changemaking resources.
This is done via a swarm of Fellows from around the world, based in a core set of 120-240 facilities, their sister cities, and their 10x replication program. This 2400 facility core consists of about 2M swarm-capable, morally intelligent agents, each of whom can produce significant net value ($1/2M) after 4 years of immersion study.
