Open source blueprints for civilization means leveling the playing field, for distribution of power. This means equal opportunity. This could include great disparity of ambition or wealth, but not as big as under a condition where the playing field is even. Because more people are encouraged to participate, and the mood all together is more positive under a condition of lower oppression.
