Tactics

  • Open Books: - all documents, redacted of sensitive information, shall be published openly online. Security - any tampering is safe, as there is no sensitive information. Purpose - allows anyone to meet any associated to-do task granularly efficiently as an immediately snatchable micro task disbursed eventually via OSE cryptocurrency. Fee schedule is posted
  • Open Recruiting - Recruiting Specification published openly, supported by invitation video with open Video Source Assets, is promulgated. Self-Interview is prerequisite for consideration, uploaded and shared openly under our Working Openly policy which addresses working openly in all cases outside of real personal security threats. Open recruiting collaboration involves psychologists following best practice to assess character traits. The character aspects require special psychologist intervention, though we may find that written essays are more accurate in describing one's aptitudes and attitudes. Other assessments are taken online as well, such as one hour battery of multiple intelligences tests. Thus we have 1 self intro, 2 assessment, 3 character, 4 essay, and 5 build. The latter shows one's ability to fund purpose in teachung. Then there is a real test on site, one every 2 weeks at FEF building infrastructure one day, with option to get paid for second day to build other stuff, testing intrinsic and extrinsic motivations. Then there is a final exam, which is a 2 day build event with total crew, about 48 people, you can camp on site. This tests for group cohesion, and you can re-apply next cycle in 6 months if you think you should be part of the team.
