Introduction

Gimp and RecordMyDesktop appear to be a good solution for making tablet instructionals.

Create a new document in Gimp, 1000x600 in size seems to work well.
Make background black, and drawing in white - like on a blackboard
Select Paintbrush ttool, opacity 100, Brush: Circle Fuzzy (17), Scale: 1.11
Open up RecordMyDesktop. Select window. Record.
