Measures of Success: 1. Complete workshop DVD published 2. Target audience met or exceeded in number 3. 90% positive reviews 4. Budget was adequate to +/- 10%—no cost over-runs

Milestones:

1. Conference Evaluations assessed/improvements for next session made 2. Conference Evaluations filled out 3. Conference concluded with 12+ clients @ $300 -- gross $3600+ 4. 3 days of instruction complete—3-D printer constructed 5. Students arrive—settle in get food and program details Introductions 6. Payment completed and receipted 7. Advertising all media sent out 8. Curriculum completed/evaluations approved and printed 9. Curriculum draft complete 10. Budget estimate approved by MJ 11. Workshop scheduled, and costs estimated, Presenter approved, Budget estimate in hand 12. Attend 3-Printer Conference 13. Planning for 3-D Workshop/build in 90 days
