Introduction
OSE (Licensor) terms for licensing OSE technology under its brand to third parties (Licensees).
Terms
- OSE provides a nonexclusive, global license.
- License involves using the OSE Logo, Black and White version
- Branding follows the OSE Character Stand and Promise
- Visual appearance follows OSE Graphics Guidelines
- License is revokable at any time for non-compliance with Terms
- License fee is on a per-sale basis - such that it makes sense for the Licensee, while providing support to OSE
Licensee Responsibilities
- Licensee publishes sourcing information on the OSE Wiki in the form of embedded Google Spreadsheet. See Embedding Google Docs

Communications
- For the contract, here is a great example of license to manufacture and distribute. We can start from here and modify them to be suitable for open source hardware.

We will prepare more info on the three products for Axis.
- Motors/control electronic only (maybe all the metal part)
- Added 3D printed parts
- Fully Assembled
Also for 3D printers,
- OSE 3D printer (do you have link to the current design?)
- The version designed by our partner with CNC wood frame
No concrete projection for sales. There is no product like this on the market. I think 2-3 thousands sets for the Axis in 2019 is an archivable goal.
