Places to visit upon world tour. Selection criteria for locations:

  1. High value open source projects - eg. Apertus, Wikihouse, Social Vehicle, Blender, Debian, Lulzbot, Rodale Institute, Badgersett Farms,
  2. Major urban centers with multiple stakeholders interested in hosting and starting OSE-based entrepreneurship
  3. Benefactors and collaborators
  4. University and public lectures at progressive universities - such as Olin School of Engineering, Maharishi University, HIllsdale College, Michigan Tech Open Source Sustainability Group, etc.
  5. Conference keynotes
  6. Hands-on training workshops for the Incentive Challenge with 2 tracks - Technology (3D Printing, Plastic Recycling, Electric Motors+Geardowns, and Cordless Tool Design), and Entrepreneurship (Production Engineering, Marketing, Distribution, Open Source Franchise)
  7. Leading thinktanks on pressing world issues, such as Rocky Mountain Institute
