Credentials are pieces of paper that mark somebody's training. They are distinct from skills. At OSE, we are hiring for skills, not for credentials. Credentials my incree the likelihood of skills being present but in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment of OSE, skills typically don't come from credentials.
