Payment of the $10k fee and $10k materials budget marks formal acceptance into the 2 year program. At this time, OSE commits to the 50 weekly sessions in the first year focusing on skills training, and another 50 weeks in Year 2 focusing on continuing product improvement, see (OSE Chapter Training Calendar).

The materials funding will be held in escrow, with disbursement pending project pitches.

All due diligence and risk analysis is performed beforehand, and the program is started in good faith of success.

The OSE Franchise may begin producing and marketing products pending producer certification, which includes the ability to produce a kit, the ability to find sourcing and understand admissible parts, and ability to troubleshoot completely.
