Modularity involves:

1. Shifting interior walls of an existing structure
2. Ability to add on readily by creating apertures in existing walls.
3. Ability to add vertically by creating apertures in ceiling/former roof.
4. Shifting exterior wall to new location to add more interior during expansion
5. Addition of more foundation - and seamless connection to existing buildings
