I am interested in 5925 Chimney Wood Cir, Fort Worth, TX 76112. I have a question regarding our all-in cost for new construction:

I have looked at the permit process for the location (Arlington)

1. Is the lot buildable?
2. Can you please point me to the HOA covenants? Do you know if it possible to negotiate/buy out of the HOA? Otherwise, what are the monthly fees involved?
3. Would we be restricted only to a certain style of building vis a vis the HOA, or could we build according to our own design?
4. Who is the local power utility, so we can find out costs associated with electrical hookup?
5. Who is the local water/sewage utility, so we can find out the costs associated with water/sewer hookup?
6. What is your commission and overall closing fees on top of the $25k parcel cost? Or are closing fees included in the $25k?
7. Are there any square foot minimums for house size?
8. Are there any other restrictions, such as removing trees?
