The Best and the Brightest. How is it that with the best knowledge, technology, and training - that people end up creating faulty systems and great havoc upon civilization. We haven't solved environmental issues, poverty, hunger, nuclear war, etc. Why not create a parallel infrastructure where people have a choice to participate
