Grabbing a chart for the Weld Positions might be good to see what all you do. I don’t know if i put it on-wiki yet, but optimizing for Flat Welding is a good goal imo (although some things will inherently require pipe welding etc)

It would be higher skill (and thus higher pay probably), but Preparing Weld Schedules / Weld Diagrams / Weld Blueprints , and/or Programming for Robotic Welding would be a good skill to have in there.

Nondestructive Testing is a pretty high skill high pay job if i remember correctly so for anything above Dye Penetrant Testing or Magnetic Particle Weld Inspection (and just “visual inspection” from someone who knows how to spot a bad weld) may be a bit harder to find.

Radioagraphy is out of our range; although that is mainly pipeline/boilermaking. Looking for an old ultrasonic ndt machine would be a good idea too, especially if we start going into steam and such. An OSHW Phased Array Weld Inspector would be legendary!
