When do you think you could have an initial drawing complete? As soon as you do, I can take that to the local fabricator to prototype, and we can test this - with our pellet burner - in the works.

Simple high torque motor with direct drive. The design then becomes really simple. Use a [PTO style hydraulic motor https://www.surpluscenter.com/sort.asp?catname=&byKeyword=yes&search=pto%20motor] like Surpluscenter, or maybe a 31.88 cu in if needs to be slower - i'm not sure of speed required.
