As the OSE project evolves, a scalable strategy for motivating and retaining participation is required.

We have already demonstrated measurable success in reccruitment, such as 600+ True Fans and growing, 3 full time OSE developers (Marcin, Aaron, Yoonseo), several Replications Brianna), collaboration with Wikispeeed
