The Collaborative Production model is a method of producing anything (ideas, agricultural products, machines, hardware, energy, fuel, energy, housing, etc.) where a skilled Lead Producercreates an infrastructure where less skilled individuals can participate in meaningful production.

The desired outcomes of this model are an overall integrattion of the productive process:

  • Decreased specialization of the Lead Producer by inclusion of others to fill tasks and thereby allow the leader to increase the scope of the productive operation
  • Reskilling of unskilled people by lowering the barriers to effective production - thereby empowering individuals to become less specialized and therefore more effective.

Note that we carry an assumption of Generalism vs Specialism
