Dairy Milker Bill of Materials
Industry Standard Milk Tank Diagram

Notes
- Alternative materials:
- 60 cc syringe shell for teat cups
- a vacuum source - I bought a new pump head surge RV from portablemilkers.com for around 200 then you would need a tank mine sits on my old tank that has a hole in it and I have it hooked to a small well presser tank that sits next to it , I have a presser gage and a regulator on the tank + my stallcock has a regulator on it portamilkers has a pulley wheel

also for it at 45$ you can get a belt to fit from an auto store probably and then add a motor mine is a 3/4 hp i do believe it has to run in reverse but not sure on that one , I fixed it by myself and I am not a mechanic the pump head I ordered is still in its box in my living room because my old one started working fine again I think it had to do with it being winter and changing the oil and it was freezing cold the one I bought is a BB2 and the one I am using is a BB3 which is a bigger pump they will interchange hope this helps and in a pic they both look the same "
