These metrics refer to project success in terms of the management aspects, such as:
- What are the team-building goals - number of people, areas of expertise? Are we achieving them?
- What are the project velocity goals, and are we achieving those?
- Is there funding available for prototyping?
- Is a clear project concept, plan and goal stated?
- Is progress being communicated effectively to the outside world?
and many other items.
