Introduction
OSE is pursuing development of high performing team as it moves into 2017. Each team needs to have a minimum level of functions:
2017
- CEB Press Working Team
- 3D Printing Working Team
- Seed Eco-Home Working Team
- Aquaponic Greenhouse Working Team
2016
- Development Working Teams
- IT/Web Team - standardizing a collaborative, federated web infrastructure for OSE and Chapters
- Development Method Team - formalizing protocols for OSE's open hardware development method
- Wiki Team - developing templates, structure, and semantic structure for the OSE wiki
- Business Strategy Team - developing Distributive Enterprise business models to fund and expand federated OSE Operations
- Graphics Working Team - developing graphics assets for OSE
- Video Production Working Team - developing collaborative protocols for OSE video production, including instructionals, news shows, and other promotional materials
- Community Development Working Team - building the OSE community (Ambassadors, Chapters (open membership organizations), contributors, SMEs, Advisors) via training, networking, recruiting
- Aquaponics Greenhouse Working Team - developing a replicable, open business model for a highly diversified aquaponic greenhouse that can be used for home production or for a direct marketing operation (subscription, club, membership, CSA)
- CEB Press Working Team - developing full product release of the Brick Press.
