Process Manager
The process manager manages the overall development process, makes decisions on what steps are next and what constitutes completion. This person manages the project burndown, and is responsible for project documentation. This is a high level role that requires full training on Collaborative Literacy and the Development Process.
Because of the complexity of this task this role should be broken down such that it can be done by many people working in parallel.
