Conclusion: 2" schedule 80 pipe (see Pipe Size) fits almost perfectly around a 1-15/16" shaft. This is useful for substituting 2" schedule 80 pipe for 2" ID DOM when applicable.
- 2" ID 3" OD DOM is $54 for 12 inches. This is definitely adequate for heavy clamps.
- Lower cost for 2" schedule 80 pipe. This could be adequate for reinforced heavy rotors such as Soil Mixer 2019. Clamping force must be distributed through reinforcements on 0.218" pipe
