Controller Architecture

Do we want to experiment with using the same controller with an external i/o module (or just a relay module) instead of a dedicated controller?

I have some of these relay boards that can be used with the existing brick press controller.

We also have a spare Arduino mega that could be its own controller.

  • Arduino Mega 2560
  • Hi Let Go Relay shield
  • External relay boards
  • Eaton Vickers Cylinder Solenoids

Controller Requirements

  • Motor solenoid for hammermill
  • Hydraulics for motor and drawer
  • Electric motor controller for stabilizer auger
