Coal Tar vs Biomass Tar

Basics
- Both can be produced intentially, or as a pollutant
- Can lead to clogging of equipment
- Have uses, but may be carcinogenic, ESPECIALLY coal tar (mainly preservation/waterproofing but SUPPOSEDLY coal tar was/is used for MEDICINE ?
- Need to see if due to minerals or benzene
- Benzene was first produced via pyrolisis of coal tar, and thus may be removed in that manner?
- Also dig for analysis on content, and volume, of tar from various systems (gassification, combustion, pyrolysis, fluidized versions...)
