I am interested in 5925 Chimney Wood Cir, Fort Worth, TX 76112. I have a question regarding our all-in cost for new construction:

1. Is it possible to negotiate out of the HOA? If not, what are the monthly fees involved?
2. Would we be restricted only to a certain style of building vis a vis the HOA, or could we build according to our own design?
3. Who is the local power utility, so we can find out costs associated with electrical hookup?
4. Who is the local water/sewage utility, so we can find out the costs associated with water/sewer hookup?
5. What is your commission and overall closing fees on top of the $25k parcel cost? Or are closing fees included in the $25k?
