Notes
- Catarina had door retrofittability at 39", but since door rough-in needs to be 38.25, this would not work. Thus, 39" framing was eliminated and door retrofit can be done by moving window jack studs outwards slightly.
- Build note: jack studs must be toenailed at top for easy removal if turning this into a door - otherwise screws must be cut off. Rest is ok, as it can be removed without cutting screws.
