  • Free or near free land from cities
  • Build in renewable energy - lifetime cost and global warming issues addressed.
  • $100k price
  • Person gets a loan, like normal, from a bank. Eventually a separate bank is set up for house loans. Default is afforded by high value production on part of the debtor: labor can be redeemed at any time at a minimum of $50/hr pending basic skills test. Onus is to provide AR/VR/XR training for $50-100/hr value generation

Later Phase

  • Off-grid for 0 utility cost with autonomous house with closed loop water
  • 3D printing reduces house cost from $100k to $50k, using waste stream plastic-cement composites. Encapsulating plastic.
