Notes
- Note everything here ends up at
top plate- 2nd level floor added to allow stairway calculation and positioning - see Stairs - The interior bathroom door and laundry wall are taller than 9' because they reach to the underside of the second story subfloor, or almost 10'. Maybe finish below the joists, and connect to joists?
- Landing, stairs, and interior walls were originally designed with z = 0 (top of sill) so were 1.5" above the slab. Moved landing down 1.5" and re-calculated the stairs. For the walls, increased the stud length to 107.625" (3 inches longer than standard pre-cut 9' studs) to add both the extra 1.5" at the bottom and eliminate the need for a double top plate to reach the joists.
