Introduction

As a result of the Seed Eco-Home Builder Apprenticeship (2 years competency based), an Apprentice can move at their own pace through skills of:

1. Builder - $25/hr - building key aspects of the house. This progresses from framing to roof, bathroom, kitchen, electrical
2. Integrated Builder - $35/hr - once an indidividual can do a
3. Team Leader - $50/hr - running crews
4. Organizer -
5. Designer
6. Social entrepreneur
7. Movement entrepreneur

as measured through metrics of:

1. Clients served
2. Revenue produced
3. Engagement in collaborative design
