Introduction

As a result of the Seed Eco-Home Builder Apprenticeship (2 years competency based), an Apprentice can move at their own pace through skills of:

Builder - $25/hr - building key aspects of the house. This progresses from framing to roof, bathroom, kitchen, electrical
Integrated Builder - $35/hr - once an indidividual can do a
Team Leader - $50/hr - running crews
Organizer - $60/hr - Creating and organizing bills of materials and proficiency in material substitution. Key exam question: select a new and different location (likely where we never built before and where supply chain may differ). Inventorying shipments.
Designer - $50/hr
Social entrepreneur
Movement entrepreneur
