Contracting Procedures

Any service above $500 procured by OSE must be engaged under written contract. Purchases are to be made according to the Purchasing and Reimbursement Policy

A contract must include a detailed description of services rendered, date of delivery, and some form of verification of work product. (Would this Category Name Work, or is "Contract Law", "Contracting" or "Procurement" better?) (That and/or would another category fill this need, so making a new one is unnecessary? )
