Sourcing

Axle or Kit

Base cost of $750 for 7k axle - no wheels or mount kit
$3k for 14k trailer axle set. Electric brakes. [1]
$500 for 3.5k ,no brakes [2]
$1354 for 7k with brakes [3]

Kit - Wheels, Springs, Etc

Trucks

Even an F150 can pull 14000 lb [4] on a ball, not even gooseneck.
No special license if truck is under 26k lb [5]
