• Base cohort is 24 in the education program.
• There are also squad leaders, each coordinating a group of 6 and accountable for their status. This includes documentation, certification, and pairing. Leader keeps stats and leaderboard for each squad. This is also a good unit, as it is 3 pairs or four plus pair. 4 squads can handle modular units, such as 4 rooms of a house
