- Base cohort is 24 in the education program.
- There are also squad leaders, each coordinating a group of 6 and accountable for their status. This includes documentation, certification, and pairing. Leader keeps stats and leaderboard for each squad. This is also a good unit, as it is 3 pairs or four plus pair. 4 squads can handle modular units, such as 4 rooms of a house
- We work on securing key mentors for each Apprentice. This means we prep students for their role, cultivate Important Questions, and seek key mentors depending on the needs of the student. For Stewardship Track, enterprise, legal, moral intelligence are key.
- 745 Burndown to $40/hr is a prerequisite for differentiating into other generalizations.
- No specialization - each specializes inultiple generalizations.
