Open Culture is a culture that values openness and transparency in its economic process.

The economic process translates to peoples' lifestyles - how their economic choice affects their communities and the greater world.

Open Culture relies on openness to change - or constant learning. Open organizations are Learning Organizations, such as described in Peter Senge's The Fifth Discipline and Presence: An Exploration of Profound Change in People, 'Organizations, and Society'

Open Culture is a culture where unleashed skill and productive power - which arises from openness to change and resulting lifetong learning - leads to an absolute creative approach to lasting solutions for the betterment of humankind. This replaces the fear-based, insecure, and immature behavior patterns that dominate the global economy of the last several millenia.
