The OSE Strategic Plan calls for 5000 open source ecology incubators to be started by 2023 as a means to penetrate 0.1% of the world's market. We are using Ubuntu, wikis, Google Docs, Sketchup, and Booktype as our main development tools. The process is meant to be simple and replicable by non-programmers.

For each of the 5000 ose incubators, the leadership should include a platform administrator who oversees entry of content into the Control Panel. This facilitates overall project progress by allowing a managing administrator to find any piece of content at 1-click level.
