The OSE Strategic Plan calls for 5000 open source ecology incubators to be started by 2023 as a means to penetrate 0.1% of the world's market with regenerative, OSE Incubators. We are using Ubuntu, wikis, Google Docs, Sketchup, and Booktype as our main development tools. The process is meant to be simple and replicable by non-programmers.

For each of the 5000 ose incubators, the leadership should include a platform administrator who oversees entry of content into the Control Panel. This facilitates overall project progress by allowing a managing administrator to find any piece of content at 1-click level.
