Required Skills

Technical Literacy - Ability to translate OSE Specifications into specific product design features of the 50 GVCS tools
Fabrication Experience - to understand the connection between OSE Specifications and design-for-fabrication of lifetime design products
Systems design capacity to formulate a coherent product ecology of the 50 GVCS tools.
Ability to create effective processes for Open Source Product Development
Project Management - capacity to manage a diverse group of freethinkers on the core team and within greater global community.
Economic Analysis - Ability to perform economic feasibility analysis and enterprise planning
Leadership - Ability to generate effective Critical Path Narratives regarding OSE development and to inspire the team towards excellence
Strategic Planning - Ability to create strategic direction and to direct creation of effective process for development and performance management

Duties

Produce strategic plans for execution of Open Source Product Deveolopment Platform.
Oversee integrated development of agricultural, construction, production, and agricultural infrastructures.
Oversee strategic effectiveness of nonprofit resource development
Create process for Collaborative Production and bootstrap funding
Review product designs for adherence to OSE Specifications and GVCS 50 Product Ecology.
