CEB Press Prototype III

• Note: this is the machine from 2011. Prototype III was built in its earlier form in June, 2010 - see http://blog.opensourceecology.org/2010/06/full-product-release/ . The only change in the machine from 2011 is the removal of the soil sensor, which is not necessary in practice.
