Why?

We are training OSE Apprentices to be true and ethical change agents who provide real solutions.

The OSE Apprenticeship is a 4 year program where students learn to swarm-build high performance homes in only 5 days. In addition, students learn how to learn, how to design and build just about anything, and how to be an integrated human. That is only the beginning. OSE will be offering the OSE Fellowship and OSE Senior Fellowship - for 12 years total up to post-doc equivalent level - but only in complex systems-thinking civilization design. With this training, we aim to populate 100k centers of higher good learning and practice worldwide, each providing economic and moral leadership in their respective community to blanket all of earth with best practice and wisdom.

Such as building affordable housing in your community; producing lifetime design machines such as tractors, skid steers, and many others; or engaging in economic development as real goods such as agricultural products, construction materials, and lifetime-design consumer goods - start being produced in your own community. We envision a world of abundance where Universal Basic Assets are accessible to everyone everywhere in the world - with economic impact measured in trillions as society shifts to post-scarcity based economics. All in all - eradicating material scarcity and transforming civilization to an abundance mindset. We have only scratched the surface of what is possible - and the need is real as the Metacris is Real. So even if you are not student-age - you can play your part by sponsoring and mentoring a change agent right in your community.

This assumes that you have already found out about OSE, and want to reach out in your own community to generate interest, fund the student, and help recruit a suitable candidate.
