Collaboration Protocol Log

Already we have generic Collaboration Protocol. Onto this we can add metalayers of strategy. Such strategies are intended to be blueprints so that large numbers of people can participate - by design the blueprints must be scalable. Thus there is a chance that once sufficient recruitment occurs, large-scale collaboration processes (for the transition to the open source economy) can begin.
General strategy 1:
- Study industry standards. Understand institutions and business models related to the OSE Mission that already work and have been proven to scale.
- Innovation. Using Techniques for Creativity, create a list of Societal Innovations that have the Potential to Move the Dial - ie, transform an industry at the least, but ideally transform a paradigm across industries. As a key element, use first principles thinking, while accepting that first principles may force you to 'throw the baby out with the bathwater'
- Create an enterprise design with about 50% of #1 above, and 50% of #2
- Topgrade for industry experts. These experts must have a track record of a high level of purpose and ethics in their life and work, and must have interest in Authentic Collaboration. Invite these SMEs to the table to a 3 day weekend or 5 day working session.
- Create an operations manual with these experts, focusing on design rationales of key business decisions/operations/goals. Include key enabling resources and strategy for obtaining these resources.
- Publish. The plan is worthless, but the planning that went into it is priceless.
