Crowdmap Problem Statement

From Open Source Ecology

A number of technical developers and a nimble organizational support structure is required to deliver 50/2/2. See the 32 step process, in development, outlined at Scalable_Open_Source_Product_Development_Process. The goal is to fund and deploy a large parallel development effort of GVCS development as a global collaboration far beyond the boundaries of Factor e Farm.

To facilitate this, we are exploring the use of Crowdmap to identify potential developers - all the subject matter experts, prototypers, managers, fabricators, CAD designers, reviewers, funders, and other potential supporters - and sourcing information, especially for hard to find parts like Steam engine piston rings This Crowdmap is meant to provide a key resource for identifying collaborators - and it leverages the contribution of people worldwide for participating in helping to bring the GVCS to completion.

An initial instance has been put up at Appropedia - [1] - as a template, but unless Appropedia is involved intimately in the process, the brand identity should be attached to OSE and GVCS.

Nikolay Georgiev has volunteered to leverage Crowdmap. Please send all correspondence on this topic to nikolay.h.georgiev at gmail dot com
