Extreme Teaching

Extreme Teaching involves students, who after learning certain things, proceed to teach the same. This is reinforcement learning, where by teaching, the students learn in the most effective way.

Extreme Learning is the other side of this.

Both sides occur at the same time for best results.

Therefore, when recruiting teachers, we ask what they plan on learning. If they will not learn anything, they are not engaging in extreme teaching.

Likewise, when we recruit learners, we ask them what they plan on teaching. This is the most engaged way to enter an extreme Learning/teaching paradigm.
